1971:Mr..H.L.Bhalla and Basanti Bhalla founder of Tosy auto products started business with manufacturing of 5 type of oil / fuel hose assemblies for jeep willys /military models.
1982:Improved range of hose assemblies to 500 type of all type of automotive hoses assemblies.
1996:Addition brake hose assemblies and fuel injection tubes in the range.
2005:Shifted factory to BAWANAINDUSTRIAL ESTATE ,DELHI 110039 and started supplies to HINDUSTAN MOTORS LTD with 5 type of items & improved supplies to 50 type of items.
2005:Certified by ISO 9001 :2015 Co.
2005:Installed German made High Pressure Hose Hydraulic Crimping machine and Low pressure Hose pneumatic Crimping machine .
2007:Started export to abroad.
2008:Started supplies to OEM – 3-Wheeler Manufacture s RASANDIK ENG LTD and KURUKSHETRA AUTO PVT. LTD.
2009:Installed PLC PIPE BENDING MACHINE and HIGH PRESSURE HOSE LEAKAGE TESTING MACHINES.
2009:Started supplies to OEMs - ESCORTS LTD and SCOOTERS INDIALTD.
2010:Started supplies to OEM - ASIAMOTOR WORKS LTD and INTERNATIONAL TRACTORS LTD.
2011:This is biggest achievement for us that our automotive hoses and Tubes fitted in MAHINDRA DEFENCE LAND SYSTEMS BLAST PROOFTRUCKS . These truck supplied to defence agencies.
2012:Started supplies to OEM TAFE MOTORS AND TRACTORS LTD.
2013:Started supplies to OEM JBM LTD. (BUS MFG.)
2015:Registered with Diesel Locomotive Works(DLW), Varanasi and started supplies.
2016:Registered with Indian Northern Railways & DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF QUALITY ASSURANCE (DGQA) and started supplies.
2017:Plant 2 , I - 47 added for bulk manufacturing
2018:Installed More Tube Swaging Machine and Leakage Testing Machine
2019:Installed Millipore Testing Machine, Salt Spray Testing Machine, Japanese CNC tube Bending Machine and CNC Turning Machine, Gear Shaper machine, hobbing machine.
2019:Started supplies of various parts to MINISTRY OF DEFENCE.
2020:Increased supplies of around 150 different type of parts to MINISTRY OF DEFENCE.
2021:Registered for more then 100 items for A VEHICLES (ARMOURED VEHICLES) with DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF QUALITY ASSURANCE (DGQA).
2021:Addition more testing facilities in our TESTING LAB.
2021:Received supply orders of more than 70 parts forARMORED LIGHT SPECIALIST VEHICLE (ALSV) from MAHINDRA DEFENCE LAND SYSTEMS LTD
2022:Start Supply of Tosy Parts to MAHINDRA DEFENCE SYSTEMS LTD. Started Production ARMORED LIGHT SPECIALIST VEHICLE (ALSV) from MAHINDRA DEFENCE LAND SYSTEMS LTD.
2022:Received Supply orders from 505 Army Base Workshop for the Supply of Hoses and Pipes for T-72 & T-90 Russian Tanks.
2022:Biggest achievement for us that TOSYAUTO designed, developed & fitted more then 200 types of pipes, hoses fitting & shafts in 8X8 Special army tank developed by Mahindra Defence Land Systems Ltd. & handed over to Defence agencies for further testing's.
2023:NDA Signed with TATA Motors Ltd and found Drawing for developmentof Oil Pipes for the Army Tanks. 2023: Biggest achievement Renewal of DGQA Registration for 250 Items
