Precision Engineering & Prototyping: Utilizing advanced CAD/CAM software and CNC machining capabilities at our Bawana facilities, we designed and rapidly prototyped custom hose assemblies and precision fittings. Each iteration was rigorously tested in-house, followed by critical feedback loops with the Tank manufacturer’s team.
4. Stringent Quality Assurance & DGQA Compliance: This was paramount. Beyond our internal TQM and TPM practices ensuring “ZERO DEFECT” production, every batch underwent extreme environmental testing (temperature cycling, vibration, shock, salt spray) and electrical tests where applicable. Crucially, all samples and production batches adhered to and successfully passed the rigorous DGQA protocols and field trials, including essential Field Firing /Fitment Trials (FFT) verification.
